How does it works

Step 1: I request a quote

After selecting a destination, I compose/choose my package, then I make my quote request to Crazy-EVG by filling out the form. > It is important to correctly fill in the dates and the number of people because the total price of your bachelor party depends above all on this information. > I establish the program according to the preferences of the future groom and the entire group: flight, type of accommodation and day and/or evening activities. > I can request a maximum of 3 quotes for the bachelor party that I organize. All quotes are tailor-made. In the event that you have already purchased the flight and/or accommodation on your side, we can still organize your bachelor party: ask for a quote, but a minimum of 3 activities is required.

STEP 2: The Crazy-evG team sends me a bachelor party proposal

> My quote is tailor-made, based on the price of the flight and the availability of activities. > I receive a complete quote with a price per person. > I can: modify, share with my friends, ask questions in the comments area, call the agency to discuss the bachelor party program and try to refine it. > I can also request several programs for my bachelor party if some participants leave from different airports, if they arrive/depart earlier, or if not all want to participate in the same activities. Be careful though: the longer I wait to validate my Crazy-EVG, the more the price of the flight increases and/or the availability of activities becomes scarce !

STEP 3: I confirm my bachelor party and pay

> When you validate your bachelor party, the Crazy-evG team checks that the prices and availability of flights and services have not changed since the last publication of your quote. > When you validate, you can choose the payment terms: one person pays for everyone, everyone pays their share, the groom’s share is divided between everyone, or specific distribution. > All payments are made by credit card, on a site secured by the CIC bank. We are equipped with the 3D Secure security system. > Following your validation, the Crazy-evG team sends each payer you have defined a payment link valid for 24 hours, in order to guarantee prices and availability. > A timer is started and the payment table is visible to everyone, at any time of the day. > If everyone does not pay within the allotted time, several options:

These people cancel and we must then adjust the price of the quote (there will be a balance to be paid by the other participants);
These people wish to register later, and at that time they are invited to contact us again by email or phone to pay their share: be careful the price will have increased (flight) and availability will not be 100% guaranteed. It is therefore important to pay within 24 hours to be sure to all benefit from the best price and to all travel together.

STEP 4: Route map and plane tickets for my bachelor party

> Once everything is settled, my bachelor party is validated and definitively confirmed. > I will receive my itinerary + plane tickets + Crazy’s tips for having a perfect bachelor party, one week before departure on my account. The documents are downloadable and printable. The Crazy-evG team is of course at your disposal by phone or email if you have any practical questions before departure.
